DELIVERY OF PHYSICAL GOODS

Please ensure all delivery details are correct, as we do not offer refunds for incorrect addresses. If redelivery is required, it will be at your expense.

Delivery times vary depending on the courier. While we aim to meet all delivery requests, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2pm AEST Monday–Friday and by 7am Saturdays. We are closed on public holidays—orders will be delivered on the next business day.

We are not liable for goods lost or damaged in transit. Replacements are at our discretion. Products, flowers, containers, and hamper items are subject to seasonal availability and may be substituted if necessary, especially in regional or interstate areas.

All prices are in AUD and include GST. Pricing and product details may change without notice. Overdue accounts referred to debt collection will incur legal and recovery fees. Interest may be charged at 13% p.a. until full payment is received.

CANCELLATION
If you need to cancel your order, a full refund (minus a $25 admin fee) will be issued only if notice is received at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the total order value. Orders that have already been created or are out for delivery cannot be cancelled.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We aim to provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee and will always work with you to resolve any concerns. Depending on your situation, a number of resolutions may be offered. Refunds will only be issued where there is a valid reason and in line with Australian Consumer Law.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed once any goods have been returned in a timely manner. All online and phone order refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
